• Negative: no hubo ningun esfuerzo por parte del personal para ayudarnos a salvar un error que tuvimos a la hora de hacer la reservación, se hizo pago anticipado, simplemente me contestaron que era mi error y que no podían hacer nada. Se de sobra que todos los hoteles pueden ayudar de muchas formas a sus clientes dentro de las politicas, por lo menos hacer sentir que hay ganas de ayudar y entender

• Staff: 2.5 Not very welcoming staff on reception, On our return to the room a fairly expensive cosmetic item was missing from the room, we had not taken the item in question out of the room during our stay and the item was nowhere to be found in the room when we left the hotel, as we are polite people we did not bring this up with the hotel staff but can only assume the item was taken by persons unknown.
