• Location: 5 Poorly located, but only a €5 taxi ride to centre of Murcia; walking distance, but not a very nice walk....
• Common facilities and services: 10 Excellent restaurant; limited menu, but food well prepared. Prices correct. Good breakfast buffet. Swimming pool area could be better furnished - more umbrellas, etc.

• Room: 7.5 Rooms looking onto the pool area are fine; not much of a view on the other side of the hotel.

• Positive: En general el hotel,restaurante, jardines todo con categoria. Habitaciones confortables y acogedoras pero los suelos y sobre todo el mobiliario precisa un cambio o al menos restauración
• Negative: El mobiliario de las habitaciones standar se ve viejo con rayadas y desconchados. Soy cliente bastante habitual y en todas las habitaciones me ha pasado lo mismo. El mobiliario no está acorde con el resto del hotel
