• Positive: The situation of the rooms in the garden, around the pool. The staff at the reception and in the cafeteria and restaurant was very friendly.
• Negative: We were in this hotel before and remembered the good housewine (Jumilla Ribera del Segura blanco macabeo-airen) and maybe because this good memory we decided to come back in this hotel. But we were disappointed that the wine was different this time, it was still a Jumilla, but only 'blanco', not 'macabeo-airen' anymore ...

• Positive: El tipo de habitaciones, la limpieza, el cuidado de los jardines, el parking cubierto, la climatización y la localización. Ambiente cómodo y familiar.
• Negative: Es complicado entender que todavía no haya cobertura WIFI en las habitaciones. Es necesario mejorar el servicio de desayuno. Con un poco de orden y limpieza mejoraría mucho. Que el servicio de caja fuerte no esté incluido en el precio. Equipamiento no en buen estado (papeleras rotas y sin bolsa en el baño) Quizás el relación calidad-precio no está bien ajustada, es un precio muy elevado para los servicios que ofrece. No se aprecian mejoras de un año a otro.

• Staff: 10 Every one of the staff was friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Very quiet and peaceful.
• Room: 10 We had a suite with a double bedroom and a living section and a big well equipped bathroom. Plenty of room.
• Value for money: 10 A great price for such a unique hotel beautifully set out.
