• Negative: The breakfast provided was good. Unfortunately the dinner was very poor. I ate 3 times at the hotel restaurant and sent back 2 of them. The ravioli needed a fresh tomato sauce, instead the cheese ravioli was served with grated cheese. My husband and I had the veal escalope, the escalope was so thin and had been deep fried and massively overlooked. The escalopes were obviously never not freshly made and were frozen. This meal should have never have left the kitchen. The food served at the restaurant looks not to be freshly made and other than some vegetables consisting of mixed peppers which were served swimming in oil, I think these had been prepared in the kitchen. The person in charge of the catering is certainly not a chef and it would be difficult to even call them a cook. I think for such a nice hotel which has a lot to offer, I was extremely disappointed with the food and suggest that the ‘Cook’ needs to be retrained.

• Positive: Beautiful hotel. Lovely pool and the area around it is stunning.
• Negative: Very remote. Though 20 min walk takes you onto Cabo Roig. Taxi back is €7. Also walls are paperthin. Unfortunately on our last night we were kept awake from 02:30 by noise from a group.
