"Si un cliente prefiere desistir libremente de unos servicios que ha contratado, de la cena, en este caso, no puede reclamar que se le devuelva el importe porque no ha hecho uso de ellos. Es un contrato que el cliente acepta en el momento de validar la reserva. Creemos que las cosas no se hacen así y consideramos que es una crítica injusta y fuera de lugar. "Si una noche todos los clientes que han contratado la cena deciden libremente no cenar y salir fuera, y al día siguiente nos piden que les devolvamos el importe de la cena que no han consumido, porque no han querido, ¿quién le devuelve al Hotel el dinero que ha gastado para preparar todas esas cenas?""
