• Negative: Check-in time not stated on my reservation confirmation email, resulting in us arriving by train at 11 am and being told by Angela-stand-in that room unavailable for three hours. No help from her past this point until Angela returned an hour later. Avoid this hotel if you're thinking about arriving in Ronda mid-morning and wanting to freshen up before heading out for the sites. Stay somewhere else where early-check-in is allowed.
