• Room: 7.5 Room not huge but had a terrcae with sunbed which is unusual in this location
• Value for money: 7.5 The terrace rooms seem to only bookable through the hotel therefore not discounted

• Location: 10 RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MADRID, SO COULD WALK EVERYWHERE.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 DID NOT USE THE COMMON FACILITIES SUCH AS DINING/SITTING AREA, BUT RECEPTION WAS CLEAN & TIDY.
• Staff: 10 VERY HELPFUL
• Quietness: 7.5 NOT TOO NOISY, EVEN THOUGH IN MIDDLE OF CITY. WE WERE HOWEVER ON 6TH FLOOR.
• Room: 10 WE HAD A ROOM WITH A TERRACE, WHICH WAS GREAT AND WAS WELL WORTH THE ADDITIONAL COST.
• Value for money: 10 YES - IN MIDDLE OF CITY, FRIENDLY STAFF, ROOM WAS IDEAL FOR WHAT WE NEEDED.

• Location: 10 What a surprise, incredible location and view from balconey
• Common facilities and services: 10 Wonderful breakfast every morning
• Staff: 10 Very accomadating, gracious and attentive
• Quietness: 7.5 Some street noise, but it was part of the character. We really enjoyed the local flavor (sounds) while on the balcony. Never bothered us.
• Room: 10 Small by American standards, but extremely nice, clean, modern and very new in appreance
• Value for money: 10 We considered staying in a in a big 5 star hotel and paying $500 a night like we normally do, but we decided to find a small botique hotel. What a surprise. It was very inexpensive and a truely wonderful experience. Now I am a 3 star hotel prospect for future trips.
