• Staff: 5 after we checked out we left our luggage there because we had some time till our flight. You need to pay 1 Euro , which you put in the locking system of a locker. Something was wrong with our locker and it didn't work, but it took our money. The lady from the hotel saw that and she said it's lost with a big smile on her face. I was outrage because of her attitude, but she said only "It is lost" with a big smile on her face for 5 minutes. I had to go to the reception to solve my problem. This is unacceptable. It doesn't matter it's 1 Euro (even though it should be free), but it means you don't really respect the clients. Basically that lady asked for 1 Euro, and she wanted another one just because your locker doesn't work well.
