• Cleanliness: 7.5 The rooms where clean. The bed was lovely and had fresh and nice white linen. Bathroom was ok.
• Location: 10 Perfect place to stay! Everything is in walking distance. Only thing, I didn%27t find any restaurants near the hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Ok, did not use any service or facility.
• Staff: 10 Nice staff, and speak very good English!!
• Quietness: 5 Sometimes youd could here the rooms next or above you, but for me it was ok it did not disturb me.
• Room: 7.5 Good room everything was there. But only a bit small.
• Value for money: 7.5 For what I saw and find in Valencia it was good value for the money. Especially because it was right in the center and not far from the airport. (taxi paid only 12 Euro!!!)

• Location: 7.5 Busy side street; no good for cars, but easy walking to old town; bus
• Common facilities and services: 5 Lounge bar service could not cope when slightly busy.
• Staff: 7.5 Pleasant, helpful with directions
• Quietness: 2.5 Stayed during Las Fallas - heard fireworks all night, even with window closed
• Room: 5 No view. Aircon not very effective, but with window open too noisy. Bedroom average but bathroom good. Minibar not cold.
• Value for money: 2.5 Vastly overpriced due to Las Fallas - 260 Euros per night (89 Euros pn at other times!)
