• Positive: Closed to the historic district without the hustle and bustle. No need for a car.
• Negative: Street level room. When people walked by at night it was like having them in your room!

• Cleanliness: 10 Other reviews had questioned this but I found everything spotless.
• Location: 7.5 It's a little tricky to find. Try not to get a ground floor room right on the street. The steps and the escalator are a cautionary note for older customers and children.

• Staff: 7.5 We didn't need anything special so I'm not suggesting anything could have been better.
• Quietness: 5 Fortunately it's not a busy street so the noise was hardly constant. And no car noise. Inside the hotel noise was not a problem.
• Room: 5 Very average for the price. Good mattress, clean white sheets, spotless bathroom. Very tiny shower, but everything worked.
• Value for money: 7.5
