  • Positive: El servicio, la limpieza y la tranquilidad que se respira. Habitaciones amplias, espaciosas, personal muy amable
  • Negative: Por poner un pero, en el circuito de Spa, el pavimento o suelo es bastante peligroso, resbala muchisimo. Yo lo cambiaría y pondría un Antideslizante, clase C2 ( el C3 es demasiado agresivo)

  • Cleanliness: 7.5 The housekeeping were the only friendly team

  • Staff: Not rated There was no-one at Reception when we arrived - very bad first impression. After 5 minutes the the Manageress of the Restaurant arrived who does not know how to smile. Please teach her. She did not say welcome to the hotel but shouted 'Surname?' So rude and unwelcoming. We wanted to leave immediately. None of the Reception staff could speak English. This made it impossible for them to greet us properly or explain the hotel facilities. Throughout our stay it became clear they had not had any customer service training. Shame on the management. I really do not know how you got 4.5 stars. I would say it is a 3 star hotel. The guy who staffs the Reception and also manages breakfast hardly speaks. You need to teach him how to do his job. How to interact with guests. He also forgot to apply the discount to the room until we told him so obviously not very good at his job. Also never a smile. How can you have Reception staff that work in tourism but do not speak English? How can you leave Reception unstaffed? The breakfast was boring. Every day the same. This shows the chef is lazy and unimaginative. I think your business model must be based on hosting large events and Receptions and the hotel part is just an extra where you pay no attention. Why did no-one ever mention the spa? None of the staff are trained on how to explain the facilities. There was a clear lack of management. No one seemed in charge. At one point they had to get the chef from the kitchen as they did not know what to do. Please get a manager and train them properly.
  • Quietness: Not rated It was quite but Segorbe is not a busy place.
  • Room: Not rated Badly designed. Not enough storage space i.e. cupboards to put folded clothes. The room was so dark we had to take the covers off the lamps so we could see. There was no lighting in the wardrobe so we had to use the torch on our phones every time we used it. There was no robe or slippers in the room, There was no iron and when we asked for one it was handled very badly with Reception chasing us to return it. The shower leaked on the floor. The decoration was poor. No-one had checked the room properly. From the beams that still had paint spilt on them to the cover on the bed stand that was ripped and worn.
  • Value for money: Not rated If I coud have left this hotel after one night I would have. The rate is not expensive but the experience was distressing - three nights in a nightmare hotel.
