• ここが気に入らなかった: The communication at the hotel is terrible.i tried for over a week to get any sort of response to a query and nothing. I also strongly recommend that you tell your guests that you have building works daily from 8am!!!!! The area is hardly know for its early nights and it was one of the worst stays I have ever had in a hotel. Drilling and banging from 8am. Countless call to reception which changed nothing. Extremely poor. In addition on the 1st night I arrived and went to eat we were told by a waitier to leave as it was 7.29 pm not 7.30!?!?! He actually made us leave the room and shut the doors on us. To top that the food was poor and I was very upset about how we had been treated. It was my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and I am extremely disappointed. I will NEVER return to this hotel and will leave honest and Frank reviews for others staying as it is impossible to sleep at your hotel. Oh and also we were left 1 Green tea?!? No milk, sugar or even a bin! 2 bottles of water in the fridge for a 2 night stay in family room which was actually for 2 people but who is checking these rooms?? Poor management, poor communication

• スタッフ: 2.5 Staff member told us to leave the dining area because we came at 7.29pm not 7.30pm!!!!!! Actually shut the doors on us after he made us leave the room. I was furious I was treated like a scolded child.

• 客室について: 2.5 The room has so much potential but things lime no extra pillows or blankets, no milk sugar, tea or coffee. No bin, heating did not work
