• Positive: Location was good and the Reception Staff were very helpful as were the housekeeping staff.
• Negative: most people were all inclusive and we never do this but when we went for a snack in daytime we found it difficult to get served so we went out to other restaurants but this is not los zocas fault we were uncomfortable with this, again bar closes at night because no-one buys drink after 12 because all inclusive is over.

• Positive: Nice rooms, good maid service. Pool lovely and clean and surrounding areas.
• Negative: Needs to improve quality of food, there were flies in my food on more than one occasion and pieces of packaging also the plates and cups etc smell of ditch water. The live entertainment was poor the ship bar could be so much better like it use to a few years back as it is such an attractive bar

• Room: 7.5 La habitación nos encantó; yo ya he estado varios años con mis padres en el hotel y me pareció la mejor emplazada. Cómoda, funcional y la terraza es un lujo. El tamaño de la cocina un poco escaso; poco armario.
