• Negative: Breakfast. Had to wait for crockery and cutlery coming out of dishwasher most days, and then it wasn't clean. often had to eat with a tablespoon as desert spoons in short supply. New cutlery and crockery needed. Reception not always manned. What would happen if one of us was taken ill overnight?
