The Relais Du Maconnais is a beautiful stone building with an ochre curved tile roof, on the way from Macon to Cluny. It is a typical house of the Macon region, with a classic, cheerful dining room, decorated with tapestries and paintings. This tradition is carried on through the generations with a lot of character, conservatism and respect of great cuisine. Arnaud Lannuel grew up in the kitchens and then went on an apprenticeship tour, working with Orsi, Chavent and even at the French ministry of finance!
