• 清掃について: 10 Rooms where very clean, pool area and breakfast area where also very clean.
• 立地条件について: 10 Only a minute walk from the Ramblas and Plaza de Catalunya, the most centre part of the city where all the bus trips start and where the bus from the airport drops you off. Within minutes walk from all the shops and places to eat and a 5 min walk to the harbour.
• 設備やサービスについて: 10 Pool was lovely, two lifts within the hotel, Nice bar, quiet when we where there but nice to have a couple of drinks before going out.
• スタッフ: 10 All the staff where very nice and helpful.
• 騒音について: 7.5 Our room was at the front of the hotel so there was noise from the street but it did not bother us.
• 客室について: 10 Very clean, lovely bathroom with two sinks, we had a balcony which was lovely.
• 満足度は？: 10 The hotel was great value for such a lovely place to stay so close to the centre of barcelona.
