• Negative: On arrival we were helped by a not too friendly man at the counter. There was not much. We got a great room in size. Only the air conditioning was not on and it was stuffy at night. Later the heating is turned off, but through the open window there was a lot of street noise. The bed was good, but the room needs a new look. It was old. Breakfast was fine but the 1st morning we had a waiter apparently very busy and literally threw us the dishes for the nose. The man forgot clear that we have to work hard too to pay our holiday! There was the staff not friendly at all. Bad though. The cleaning ladies were fortunately friendly and helpful. Good location if you are at Plaza del Sol. Free wifi was good one night and I would use it with a 2nd unit the next day. Not so, unfortunately. Well had good help from someone on the desk. If one could make the room cooler and the most friendly staff, it is a nice hotel.

• Staff: Not rated Not every one at the reception but a few are realy not friendly. Bad when you come in.
• Quietness: Not rated too warm in the room and with an open window there was many noise. Also between the rooms.
