• Negative: the room. and bed was tiny. and i mean tiny. the room also smelled bad. i realize this hotel is a "budget" type hotel for Paris, but spend the extra money to get something nicer. the photos on the hotels website are not what you get. i honestly didnt even want to stay there after i arrived. bad experience.

• Positive: The price, the neighbourhood, the overall condition of the room (recently renovated, with heating), the hotel has an elevator
• Negative: Towels and sheets were not changed during our stay (5 nights), the shower could use some improvement

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The room was cleaned and the beds done every day, but towels weren%27t changed.
• Location: 10 2 minutes away from the metro, and to an important line. The surroundings are very pleasant, and it%27s a short walk to the Catacombs.
• Common facilities and services: 5 The elevator was a nice surprise. We didn%27t use any other common facility.
• Staff: 7.5 No complaints. Always courteous.
• Quietness: 7.5 The outside noise was very reduced with the windows shut, but some inside noise was noticeable.
• Room: 7.5 Small, but pleasant and comfortable. The view from the third floor is okay. Nice LCD TV, although with few channels (and only one in English - CNN)
• Value for money: 10 For the price, we were very satisfied with this hotel.
