• Negative: The broken Overhead glass as I went into the bathroom, the junior suite is not a suite but a wasted space in a second room with no use, a broken sofa that should have been thrown out 20 years ago, no teas or coffee facilities, door locks from 50 years ago, a toilet with no sink and a toilet paper feeder from junior school ... it’s such a shame as the hotel has so much potential but is just run down

• Location: 10 In the heart and good walking distance to lots of things especially the bakery right next door

• Staff: 7.5 Nice welcome and no complaints about their friendliness
• Quietness: 7.5 Felt good and relaxed
• Room: Not rated Good size but odd the junior suite has no balcony yet a standard room does, some lights not working just felt like people did not care
• Value for money: 2.5 You get what you pay for but with hindsight I would not have stayed here

• Positive: l'accueil sympathique et aimable, la localisation.
• Negative: accès à un petit balcon mais table salle, vitres de la baie vitrée très sales...je me suis permis de donner un conseil pour le nettoyage du fond de la cuvette des toilettes. Si un coussin décoratif est tâché, autant ne pas le mettre sur le lit.Il y a une très bonne boulangerie juste à côté de l'hôtel, peut-être que leurs produits pourraient être proposés, quitte à augmenter un peu le prix du petit déjeuner.

• Positive: central location, good price for the room on offer. The hotel was quiet and I slept well. Friendly owners who helped me with my needs and queries. Most important : It was spotless clean!
• Negative: The 3rd floor is actually 5 floors up, and there is no lift. I had some sports before going to bed. Decorations and finishing was not always the highest standard
