• Value for money: 7.5 This hotel is good value becuase the location is so central, within walking distance of many of paris's major attractions.

• Staff: 7.5 I booked two rooms, but somehow they thought one of it was canceled, I had to provide all the email confirmations to convince them that the mistake was on their side. Nonetheless, the staff were helpful and found ways to arrange us to stay at the best western (right across the street )for two nights before they got the family room we booked available for us.
