• Location: 10 Location is excellent. On same street you can find several good restaurants. Supermarket, department stores, shops and tram stops are near.

• Staff: 10 The staff was very, very helpful, polite and friendly.
• Quietness: 5 Had room on 1st floor so couldn't avoid outside noise. Also you can easily hear other guests opening and closing their room doors. Otherwise peaceful hotel.
• Room: 5 Room was quite small but didn't bother us. Bathroom was well equipped. Next time though would choose room from upper floors and also a room with twin bed because the double bed was quite small.
• Value for money: 7.5 Yes we did! The price was good, had breakfast included in the rate. And the location was perfect!

• Positive: The Star Hotel is in a great location. The building is very secure. The staff are friendly and helpful. I consider the accommodation Average simply because the rooms are small and the facility is fairly basic. However, that is what I like in a hotel - affordable and basic but clean, comfortable, and safe. Perfect!
