• Staff: 7.5 Again i was perplexed: i arrived on saturday morning, around 9 am, yes, i understand that it's not possible to enter the room but i didn't sleep all night long because of my night flight, i needed to rest like crazy and i am your dedicated customer and we've paid for the room almost 900 euros, so i could suppose for well attitude. The guy at the reception welcomed me with cold face and told me that i must go away for the moment because the room is not prepared and it won't be prepared in coming hours. I had to go away, i arrived again to the hotel in 3 hours but he preferred to not notice me. At midday i was so furious that had to do the same cold face and to say that it's his private choice to jeer at customers like this. And after this - BINGO - the room was immediately found. What's this?????????? It was his personal revenge for the last times?????? It's a shame!!!!!!!!

I repeat that we've paid almost 900 euros and it's awful to treat customers like this!!! For what???? And i am writing and writing these reviews and it's worse and worse each time!!!!
