  • Positive: service of the staff - polite
  • Negative: the air conditioner did not work?? Also, we reserved for 2 twin beds and got a double bed instead. Staff did move us to another room for our 2nd evening.

  • I recommend it especially AGAINST... Luxury, Classic style lovers
  • Cleanliness: 7.5 rooms were in very neat order & bathrooms very clean.
  • Location: 10 right in the heart of strasbourg
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 commendable for size/location. Breakfast was quite good.

  • Quietness: 2.5 There was a festival - not hotel's fault. But also in general noisy outside. Have to expect from a hotel in this location.
