• Positive: Something you might take for granted - Normally I avoid hotels in town centres and I did not book this hotel and the reason I do not book such hotels is there is usually no car parking or limited car parking or you have to park a long way away, and parking is restricted to certain hours and it is just hassle. I was very pleased that I was able to park so near to the hotel with no additional payment and no time restrant

• Positive: The rooms were clean and neat and had Air Conditioning. The pool was clean and the towels were fresh. The food in the restaurant was excellent although the menu was the same each night. Buffet breakfast was excellent.
• Negative: They offered on site parking but our car door was badly damaged by a car parked too close. The hotel couldn't offer us any information about the person parked in the stall next to us. The hotel itself was nice but in desperate need of an update. Our bathroom had a huge hole in the tile under the tub (not great for a curious toddler!). The pool area was clean but the tiles were also cracked. Everything was clean but in need of an update; carpets, mattresses, linens etc.

• Staff: 5 unhelpful concerning the damage to our car and really uninterested at all in helping us remedy the situation. it felt as if it was our fault for parking in their facility.
