• Positive: Nino the Bar Man he was very helpful and friendly.
• Negative: I found the staff very unhelpful. When we first arrived we had to change rooms as we were given a room that was supposed to have a pool view but was above a canopy outside our room. The room also had 5 flies flying around the bed when we opened the door. We were moved to room 219. The air con was very noisy and not very effective. The outside facilities and gardens were very untidy with fallen branches and leaves. The luxury double sun beds were filthy and did not have their canopies on them, When I complained to the Reception manager she told us this was because it was low season!!!!!!! We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and so have other friends and family members. We visit Quesada at leas twice a year as we have family and friends that live there. The pool bar was closed and only opened for a weddding and communion we were told that we could not access this area during these times when it did open!!!!! When we asked the bar member for a small glass of beer we were told we could not have a small glass only large however the small glasses were given to the wedding guests. This was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it was very disappointing. We use your spa regularly when we visit and I feel because we were not Spanish we were not important. Whether it is low or high season we should be given the same clean facilities and service as any other paying guest. We were intending to come back out in July/August for a week however I think we would need to give this consideration as your hotel service was really poor. There was not even pool service which meant when the bar was closed you had to get dressed and go through to your bar area. I do not normally complain about things but we were very disappointed and almost felt we were an inconvenience.

• Room: 5 Could be doing with coffee in the room.
• Value for money: 2.5 The hotel itself was kept very clean. Outside area and pool area were not very tidy when we arrived and it was not until the next day that it was tidied. Lights were hanging down and the large white sunbeds were dirty throughout our stay.
