• Cleanliness: 7.5 Room was serviced every day - very clean
• Location: 10 Right in the centre of Madrid and within walking distance of load of attractions
• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast was ok but lacked variety.
• Staff: 7.5 Staff were helpful on the whole but we didn't realise change in breakfast times due to Bank Holiday. Thankfully we were able to make some toast and coffee
• Quietness: 5 Room right on the street but had good glazing. Property next door being renovated so there was building noise.
• Room: 5 Room was small for 4 single beds and the bathroom was tiny. There was no view as ground floor room overlooked the street so had to have curtains drawn for privacy. The beds were comfortable.
• Value for money: 7.5 Room was clean, comfortable and cool and in an ideal location for a short break.
