• Positive: Excellent value, great breakfast, nice spacious room with good internet connection, receptionist a friendly and changed my reservation for a day earlier as I had made a mistake for our group of 6
• Negative: One of the breakfasts, the staff was overwhelmed - too many guests at the same time so there was no hit water for tea, most fruit was gone, eggs were gone (later refilled) - just overload due to understaffing
