• Staff: 2.5 When I complained about the cold shower the staffddidn't seem too concerned.
• Quietness: 7.5 I heard people outside my room late at night for long periods of time, very loud shouting.
• Room: 5
• Value for money: 2.5 Was not impressed with the lack of heat, hot water and staff not showing any concern for these basic things in a 4 star hotel.
