• Location: 10 Five minute walk from Sol
• Common facilities and services: 5 Didn%27t use the facilities except for the breakfast which was 17 euros but a really good buffet

• Quietness: 10 Very quiet at night as the square it is on is not a bustling spot
• Room: 10 very happy with the room size for the price, we were on the top floor with a balcony to the front
• Value for money: 10 I would highly recommend the hotel for those looking for value for money

• Cleanliness: 10 The lobby was absolutely spotless and the rooms were immaculate. Carmine was the best!
• Location: 10 Centrally located near the Plaza Mayor and a great shopping street by the same name. Lots of cafe%27s and sights of interest.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The lobby is quaint yet elegant, the only problem was the size of the gym. A little too small for my taste.
• Staff: 10 Incredibly helpful and polite.
• Quietness: 10 One could not hear a thing from room to room or from outside.
• Room: 10 I loved my single room. It was beautiful and spacious. Much larger than most rooms I have stayed in in european countries.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value for sure. I will look for other hotels by this name in the future, as I feel I would trust the service.
