• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: The location - convenient for all the tourist sights, lots of shopping and food places, and okay late at night, too. The superior rooms at the front of the hotel (such as ours), had small balconies with pleasant views.
• Negative: The maid repeatedly ignored the 'do not disturb sign'.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Older travelers, Couples, Peace seekers, Classic style lovers, Business travelers

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Un unemptied bin with cigarette ends was in the room on arrival.

• Staff: 7.5 The reception staff were good, the maid repeatedly ignored the 'do not disturb' sign, which was very poor.
• Quietness: 7.5 Not too much noise from outside, even with the window open.
• Room: 7.5 The rooms at the front of the hotel are a good size, the rest are pretty small. The TV had only one English language channel - not even CNN!
• Value for money: 7.5 I expect to pay a lot for a nice room in the city centre. No change from 100 euros!

• Positive: Location to Sol. Easy walking distance to everything. Inside room facing inside courtyard was very quiet. Very clean.
• Negative: When we went to pay the bill, they did not charge us correctly. I had rebooked the reservation at a lower price. They tried to charge us the original reservation price and also charged us for breakfast, which was to be included. I had to prove to them the reservation amount that I had in my e-mail on my computer. The rooms are a little dark. Hard to control the room temperature.

• Positive: La situación, el edificio, la atención. Tienen usteden un precioso hotel.
• Negative: El entorno, En lo que se ha convertido la Gran Vía, bueno la verdad es que ya lleva 25 años así <<sé lo que digo, soy de Madrid aunque llevo 32 años en Tenerife>>, Hay que salir con el bolso amarrado y con pistola en la mano para que no te roben. Al final me robaron la cartera <<tarjetas, DNI, dinero>> en el metro de Callao. Entre otras pequeñas molestias no pudimos volar en el día. <<en la comisaría había 3 personas más en la misma situación>>. Es fundamental para ustedes que se resuelva la seguridad en la zona. Era la primera que nos alojábamos y, ruego que me perdonen, pero la próxima lo pensaremos.
