Voy cada año dos o tres veces a Madrid y siempre me alojo en este hotel, salvo que no tenga habitaciones libres.

• Positive: I enjoyed being right in the centre of Madrid. Within walking distance to all the sights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was great and very clean.

• Staff: 10 Staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable
• Quietness: 10 Soundproofing both Soundproof from outside noise when double doors onto balcony were closed. Very little noise from next door rooms. Overall very good
• Room: 10 The room was large with small balcony and tastefully furnished. A pleasure to stay in.
• Value for money: 10 Value for money. Hard for other hotels on our trip to live up to this high standard
