"Dear Client, First of all thank yo so much for your comments about our hotel. We are proud of the service we provide but we try to improve everyday and this could not be possibly done without your comments. In regards to the issue of the noise, we just wanted to let you know that the problem was that a pipe had loosen up and it got fixed the next morning. And in regards to the room request, we tried our best to offer you the room you preferred but they were all occupied by guests who were staying with us the previous days. I very much hope we can welcome you again in the near future and we will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible as it is our aim with our guest. With very kind regards. The Management"
