• Cleanliness: 7.5 The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels given
• Location: 7.5 I was attending the Benicassim Festival so the hotel was in a perfect location. 5 minutes to the Festival in one direction and 5 minutes to the beach in the other direction.

• Quietness: 5 The first night I was kept awake until 00.30 by the Hotel Entertainment, which was a singer who played keyboard (badly!).

• Value for money: 2.5 Due to the Festival I paid £110 a night, I know I was paying more because of the Festival and whilst I had a great time I felt that the room was not worth anywhere near £110 per night. The air-conditioning didn't work and I had no balcony - although the hotel descritpion said I would get a room with a balcony.
