• Positive: Restaurant and dinner, especially the secreto iberico. Staff very friendly and attentive.
• Negative: Room was extremely hot even though heating in the room was off. I was told it was not possible to put the air-con on. We had to sleep with the window open. Maybe this contributed to the amount of dust I found in the room everyday, even when it had just been cleaned. I didn't think in general the room was very clean.

• Quietness: 5 We had to open the window as the general heating in the room was extremely hot. That meant a lot of noise from outside.
• Room: 7.5 Nice and big room. Again, cannot understand why we were not able to use the aircon. We enquired in case it was faulty but we were told it was working ok, just that since it was winter the aircon was not available
