• Positive: THe location and the second room we had which was very nice. My comments will be based on this second room which was in the remodeled section of the hotel.
• Negative: The fact that the first room had a malfunctioning toilet and the management only reluctantly would change our room. Also one staff member was quite rude when we complained about the room.

• Positive: The location was central (close to the metro) and we had a very nice room.
• Negative: The Hostels on the same street with their loud, drunken singing students after the bars closed.

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean with no odors.
• Location: 7.5 Close to the Metro, shopping, walking distance to the Prado Museum and Reina Sofía National Art Museum.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast is basic.
• Staff: 7.5 Front desk staff are fluent with English and very helpful.
• Quietness: 2.5 When the bars close the young crowd from the Hostels on the same street sing for a couple of hours, starting around 1AM to 2AM and sometimes later.
• Room: 7.5 Nice room and modern bathroom. We asked for A/C because August in Madrid can be hot.
• Value for money: 10 Absolutely. We would recommend the hotel to friends and stay there again.

• Negative: Llegamos cargados de maletas y nadie nos ayudo con ellas en ningun momento. Ademas se equivocaron al solicitar el taxi (lo pidieron para el aeropuerto y nosotros le explicamos terminal de bus). tambien se equivocaron al hacer el comprobante de la tarjeta de credito (inicialmente lo hicieron por mil en lugar de cien,... apenas un cero de diferencia)
