• Positive: El trato del personal en general (recepción, cafetería, limpieza, etc...)
• Negative: Encontrar una cucaracha en el aseo de la habitación. Tanta celebración (comuniones y boda) durante nuestra estancia. Los niños tomaban los pasillos interiores como sala de juego, gritando y jugando por todos los rincones.

• Staff: 10 Lo mejor del hotel el trato de los empleados.
• Quietness: 7.5 Nos habría gustado que hubiese habido menos ruidos diurnos. Por la noche ningún problema.
• Room: 7.5 Bien en general. Quizá para los tiempos que corren la TV con una pantalla un poco pequeña.
• Value for money: 7.5 En este tema nunca vamos a estar de acuerdo, lógicamente. Pero en general bien.
