• Negative: Trato de los empleados. La segunda habitacion en la que nos alojamos no pudimos descansar en toda la noche por el continuo goteo y ruido del radiador del baño. Segun me dijeron por reservar la segunda noche en el hotel nos correspondia parking interior y no nos lo ofrecieron en ningún momento. En cuanto al desayuno, excaso, los sobres de cacao había que pedirlo en barra, no habia disponible leche fria para servirse y te la ofrecian con cuenta gotas, decidimos no pedir mas, y el primer dia habia dos maquinas de cafe, una con capsulas y otra con seleccion de tipo de cafes. El segundo dia habia desaparecido ni rastro de ella, y el cafe con capsulas muy fuerte imbebible practicamente. El tostador del pan no funcionaba bien, la tostada sin tostar y el bizcocho el primer dia muy bueno, recien hecho. El segundo día se notaba que era del dia anterior y estaba duro. Además de poco control a la entrada del comedor, no habia nadie para indicarle ni el numero de habitacion, mucho tiempo de espera y el salon con un par de familias. Para ser un 4 estrellas muchos detalles a mejorar.

• Negative: La habitación contigua 232 estuvo dando golpes en la pared hasta las 01:30 de la madrugada. Me queje a recepción pero no cambio nada al respecto. Me he alojado otras veces y ningún problema pero esta vez 19/02 al 20/02 ha sido caótico sin dormir por golpes muy fuertes a la pared que hacía que la cama se moviera…. Subrrealista
