• Positive: A small hotel with character providing a spacious and well furnished room. The chef and his team produced beautifully cooked and presented food. Excellent service from the man (sorry I should know his name) in reception and restaurant most of the time when I was there.

• Location: 10 Being in the old town it can be a challenge to locate at first, I parked my car in my best estimate of location then found the hotel on foot where I was provided with a map showing the route around the one way system (streets are narrow) to get to the hotel. Reviewers have commented on the problem of parking, due to the location this is unavoidable but over the course of a week I always found somewhere to park within two minutes walk

• Quietness: 7.5 Some traffic noise if your room overlooks the street but to be expected as the hotel is situated in one of the narrow streets of the old town so part of the character
• Room: 7.5 The only suggestion I would make would be to provide the option of brighter lighting which could fill the room
