• Location: 10 Cercano al centro. Cerca de la Ciudad de las Ciencias. Todo ello en 15 minutos.

• Quietness: 10 Muy tranquilo. Habitación interior. Sin ruidos.
• Room: 5 La habitación normal. Un poco pequeña, pero suficiente para un fin de semana. El baño mal, adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida. No tenia ningún tipo de mampara ni cortina para el baño. Todo el Baño quedaba lleno de agua cuando te duchabas.
