• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Young travelers, Couples, Modern style lovers
• Cleanliness: Not rated I STAYED THERE 4 DAYS AND THEY DIDN%27T CHANGE OUR GLASSES. THEY LEFT IT THERE DIRTY.
• Location: Not rated IF YOU PREFER TO MOVE WITH BUSES RATHER A CAR, THE HOTEL RECOMENDED US TO TAKE THE BUS No 3 BUT THE BUS STATION WAS 15MINUTES ON FOOT!!

• Staff: Not rated I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH A BLONDE LADY IN THE RECEPTION (NOT THE YOUNG GIRL). THE LAST DAY I ASK HER TO CALL ME A GRANDE TAXI TO TAKE US TO THE AIRPORT. SHE WAS VERY IRONIST. SHE TOLD US THAT SHE CAN%27T CALL A TAXI UNLESS WE HAVE A TELEPHONE TAXI TO TELL HER TO CALL US. WE ARE NOT FROM SPAIN!! HOW WE WOULD NO SOMETHING LIKE THIS? UWFUL!!

• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: The excellent Views of the Bay of Palma
• Negative: The amount of sun loungers. Then again you can go to the beach and not worry about it.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Families, Couples, Peace seekers, Budget travelers, Travelers with a car
• I recommend it especially AGAINST...
• Cleanliness: 7.5 The rooms are very clean and are made every day. They changed my dirt glasses daily.
• Location: 7.5 It is up a hill so for the people with walking problems you would most likely have to taxi up the steep hill. Everyone else it is a 5 minute walk up from the Porto Pi shopping center
• Common facilities and services: 10 The internet is cheap 2 Euros an hour. The bar has the best Sangria on the island.
• Staff: 10 I have always found the staff friendly the 10 times I have been to Horizonte.
• Quietness: 10 90% of the time the hotel is quiet at night. Only when you get groups of school kids staying over night it can be loud. But usually they are only in for 1 night and gone.
• Room: 10 Large rooms with 2 twins or 1 double with full bathroom. The view in the superior rooms are excellent over the bay of Palma. Recommend the superior rooms.
• Value for money: 10 When you pay the amount you pay for a room over night at the Horizonte you can not say you didn%27t get great value for the money that is for sure.
