• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Las habitaciones muy correctas de espacio y de climatización. El servicio en el desayuno muy flojo, creo que hay que mejorar en ese punto. En la terraza, si entra gente de la calle,el cliente se queda como uno más y creo que no debería ser así. Un ascensor, muy lento por cierto, es insuficiente, cuando además se utiliza para ir a la terraza Dar toallas de playa diariamente un 10!!
• Staff: 7.5 Recepción, un 10 El de la noche, otro 10 Los del restaurante, a mejorar. Salvo a Andrés que fue muy amable. Me refiero mas al desayuno..., no pude cenar, demasiada gente y parecía algo caótico??

• Positive: das Interieur, das Design des Hoteks
• Negative: der Service am Empfang ist nicht aufmerksam genug. zwar waren alle stets freundlich wenn etwas gefragt hat...jedoch gehört es zum Standard eines 4*s Hotels, das beim Betreten oder Verlassen des Hotels gegrüsst wird. Der Service im Restaurant zu den Frphstückszeiten war leider auch nicht gut, ebenso das Housekeeping. es würde gereinigt u das auch gut, jedoch blieben wassergläser einfach stehen , wir hinterliessen einen Zettel für die Badetasche die bei uns fehlte, sowie das willkommneswasser, beides würde aber nie bereitgestellt.
