• Cleanliness: 5 Our bathroom was in need of some updating; the paint on the window in the bathroom was chipping, the shower head was covered in calcium deposits and could use a good cleaning, the tiles in the shower were in need of a cleaning as well and the bathroom could stand a new paint job.

• Staff: 5 The breakfast staff was not very friendly however the rest of the staff we dealt with were quite friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 2.5 Very noisy in our room, not only could you hear everything outside but anytime anyone near us came/left their room we could hear doors "slamming", or so it seemed, walking opinion the hall, just overall noisy.
