• Negative: The strong smell from the artificial airfreshener in the lobby,bar etc was very bad for allergy and asthma. The floormat in the corridor was never cleaned in three weeks, it was very dusty and dirty.

• Staff: 2.5 Receptionstaff not understanding/ not polite. Cleaners nice and polite. Very stressy staff in the diningroom.
