• Room: Not rated Kettle didn%27t work first day.Shower door didn%27t open/close properly, tv remote intermittent, Air conditioning very poor(In fact it felt like there was none, and the controls did little). Didn%27t like Batthroom/shower seperated from room only by glass(felt a lack of privacy) Room very cramped(No room to place cases without having to climb over them. I would have liked proper cups rather than the airline style plastic cups for drinking tea/coffee.

• Location: 10 1min walk to square or metro
• Common facilities and services: 10 breakfast was an additional 17.20 euros
• Staff: 10 helpful with good english
• Quietness: 10 we had an internal room so therefor didnt experience any outside noise. but saturday night there were noisy people on our landing at 4 in the morning!
• Room: 2.5 our room was a standard double and was very very small, the smallest hotel room i have ever stayed in, especially considering its a 4star hotel. the room also had a small window looking out onto an internal well so lacked daylight
• Value for money: 2.5 we considered that the hotel was expensive for the particular room that we had. a standard double, to upgrade to a bigger room at front or back of hotel would have incurred more cost.
