• Positive: The terrace (main reason for booking this hotel) had fantastic views across the rooftops of the City and for miles. I also enjoyed the complimentary glass of champagne on my arrival!!! :O)

• Quietness: 7.5 Heard some comings and goings from the room next door.
• Room: 5 Room was a little small, but then it was a single. The most disappointing thing was I had no view.
• Value for money: 10 Seemed value for money considering the location.

• Common facilities and services: 10 Spa usage is very unclear
• Staff: 7.5 Staff was friendly. The bellman who greeted us was very kind and great at explaining the area and the sites we should visit. Front desk less so. I called and e-mailed before our visit explaining we were arriving early at 11am to get into a clean room. Room wasn%27t ready so we returned at 4pm the scheduled time, still not ready, had to wait until 5pm.
• Quietness: 10 We had an ally facing room that was quiet.
• Room: 2.5 For the Cost the room was quite small, and we were told we got the larger room. Also we were looking into an office that kept its lights on throughout the night and people moving around early in the morning.
• Value for money: Not rated We booked a "double bubble" package which was supposed to included spa usage and a bottle of wine. We never got the wine and they told us we would have to pay to use the spa on the top floor. We tried to get a refund but only one manager, Vanessa, who only worked 10-6 and was always in meetings was able to help. Very dissapointing that we paid extra each night for nothing special.
