• Cleanliness: 2.5 Bathroom not properly cleaned
• Location: 5 Not very central but this is not an issue as you can easily walk or take a taxi
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Nothing special. Very porr fitness and jacuzzy area
• Staff: Not rated Staff did not follow up on maintenance requests and I had a very bad experience on my departure day. I was the only guest in the bar for about 15 minutes and was waiting for lunch. The staff insisted in opening the windows to the yard so that a group of people could get outside. There was so much wind that the newspapers were flying and I got cold. The staff did not care about it and kept the door open. A solution would have been to open the window when the guests were coming and close it again. I had time to pay and leave the premises and the guests were still outside the hotel main door taking pictures! This shows that the staff could have avoided losing a guest for lunch and forever.
• Quietness: Not rated Doors are not sound proof. Room cleaners talk loud and there is a phone ringing in the corridor all the time. If you want to sleep during the morning forget it…
• Room: 5 First room did not even had a chair to work on the desk, nor space to put one. I requested a room where I could work and a solution was found straight away.Apart from that the rooms are correct for the type of hotel.
• Value for money: Not rated A hotel is a place where a guest should be able to sleep. As I had problems doing it every day, I think the value for money is terrible. I did not get what I paid for at all.
