• Negative: Dirty bathroom (hair everywhere), shower not functioning properly (half of the water was leaking from the hose, water temperature going from cold to hot and back constantly), toilet seat cover broken, TV not working at all (the antenna cable was cut in half). The staff did nothing about any of these. They said no other room was available (although I booked month in advance) and couldn%27t even be bothered to fix the TV cable.

• Negative: Dejamos encargado que nos subieran el desayuno a la habitación, y tuvimos que bajar a recepción a recordarselo ya que se habían olvidado y el telefono no funcionaba. Tambien añadir que el desayuno era poco mas que un par de tostadas, crusanes y afes con leche!
