• Negativo: I was on floor 6 and from around 7 in the morning until into the evening there was a lot of noise from service areas below.

• Personal: 10 I would like to mention the staff. We found all of them to be enthusiastic and friendly and they helped greatly in making our stay very pleasant.
• Tranquilidad: 5 Floor 6 is above a service area and from early in the morning and throughout the day there is noise from below. Of course, there is not a lot that can be done about it as this is the way the building is configured. I would stay again but the next time would probably want to confirm in advance which floor I would be allocated. That said, this for us was a minor point. We were out most of the day so it really didn't disturb us very much.

• Relación calidad/precio: 10 We were in a large party many of whom had stayed at the hotel before. It was our first time. We all agreed that it was very good value. In particular we enjoyed the food which we thought was very good quality.

• Positivo: The greeting upon arrival was amazing, all the staff at the platinum desk were absolutely fantastic and made our stay very easy. The food was exceptional in all restaurants and cocktails were Devine especially the canaries! The pool and the surrounding facilities were really enjoyed especially in the evening for the evening events at the pool. It was lovely to just relax and listen to music and watch dancing after dinner
• Negativo: Upon our arrival to our suite, the door to the toilet was very hard to close and felt like it was being dragged on the floor so we took caution when closing the door. Two days later the grey piece holding the door frame fell off and hit my boyfriend’s nose so I went to reception and asked for help. The lady sent over a technician straight away and he fixed the door for us. It was very quick which we were impressed by and thankful for however it looked like the door was ‘quick fixed’ before our arrival and the door falling was just a matter of time. I think the hotel could carry out more inspections on the rooms to eliminate those situations. I also was really looking forward to the spa which was closed but that was out of their control.

• Negativo: The only slightly disappointing thing was the surcharges for some cocktails, for example a Mojitos is free but a Mango Mojitos is €8. A surcharge is not the issue, €8 tho to add a flavour or a fruits tho?

• Limpieza: 10 Even during the best times the hotel would be considered spotless, during a pandemic they went above and beyond to keep clean.

• Habitación: 10 I had a basic room and couldn't believe how big it was. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the large shower. Spacious balcony
• Relación calidad/precio: 10 I personally got an excellent deal, its the best hotel iv stayed at in Europe by a mile and iv paid alot more to stay in lesser hotels. Iv already rebooked for next summer and I cannot wait
