• Positive: Accueil le 25 novembre au soir (21h) par la personne à la réception. Un réceptionniste (chinois ou japonnais) d'une très grande amabilité. Très gentil.
• Negative: Accueil téléphonique le 25 novembre vers 11h45 quand j'ai appelé pour confirmer ma réservation. La dame qui a pris mon appel, et qui était semble-t-il à la réception, était très peu aimable. Une vraie prétentieuse qui ne savait pas parler. Si l'hôtel n'avait pas été remboursé par l'administration, je lui aurais raccroché au nez. Une horreur.

• Negative: The Reception staff was the worst...particularly one the Vietnamese girls was working at the reception was very rude. The location of the Hotel was not too good as claimed on their website or any other webpages where this hotel was advertised. Rooms were not clean overall hygiene was poor.

• Cleanliness: Not rated The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathrooms were not clean and also the room carpet was very dirty. I had booked this hotel for two different dates and for the first time the room given was not very clean and there was broken panel that was hanging from the wall which was not a good visual to see in the room.
• Location: 5 Its not very close to Eiffel Tower, we still have to walk almost 2kms from the hotel to reach Eiffel Tower.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated The towels were not and not proper toiletries were kept in the bathroom. The second room hat I checked in had a non functional cupboard. The cupboard doors could not be open.
• Staff: Not rated At the reception the staff is very rude. One of the Vietnamese girl at the reception who was working during the day time was very very rude also the male staff in the night shift were not very cordial.
• Quietness: 2.5 This hotel is just in front of the metro line and the La Motte Picquet Grenelle is just in front of the hotel so the area is quite noisy.
• Room: Not rated The room sizes is very very small as compared to what can be seen in the photos on their website. They are so small that even two people cannot move easily in their double room.
• Value for money: Not rated The hotel is not worth for the price that we pay for one night.

• Positive: Helpful staff, value for money, very central Location is very close to metro station La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle, line 6,8 and 10 runs through station so you can go to all important tourist destinations in Paris. Room has mini refrigerator, flat T.V, hot water for shower. Free Wifi. Eiffel tower is just 15 min walk and we use to walk and spend our time there every evening
