• ここが気に入らなかった: I booked a room with WIFI but there was no WIFI provided. For me this is essential because I have to work and for that I need remote access to our company's servers. If I had known that there will be no WIFI, I would not have booked the hotel, I would have booked a room in another Hotel. I brought the non-working WIFI to the attention of the receptionist, he acknowledged that it was broken and told me about a free public alternative, unfortunately that was not working either. When I returned to reception, there was a different receptionist and other people who had trouble with WIFI. This receptionist got angry with us. He said the WIFI of the hotel was free of charge anyway so we had no reason to complain. His attitude was absolutely unacceptable. The next day, I told yet another receptionist at check out, he agreed that WIFI these days is essential as is running water and electricity. He gave me a piece of paper for me to write down a complaint for the owners of the hotel. I had the impression that he was upset about the whole thing himself, probably because he has to deal with all the unsatisfied customers on a regular basis. I got the impression that the WIFI had been out of order for some time already. The receptionist on the evening before told guests who were checking in that the WIFI would be working by the morning. This was a deliberate lie. I knew it was because he had told me that there was no way that it would be fixed before the next week because it was weekend. I have been staying at this hotel many times before since 1992. However, I found this incident so appalling that I will probably not stay there again.
